The Paul Bunyan Road Association is a voluntary group of homeowners whose aim is to be good neighbors.

Founded as the Corea by the Sea subdivision in 1989, the Association is registered as a 501(c)4 with tax-exempt status. Its original purpose was to protect open properties within the subdivision; we have now evolved to promote neighborly relationships while protecting the interests of our residents.

Our principal purpose is to promote the civic, community and general welfare of our community, and the broader community of which we are a part. We have a formal covenant in place to protect the interests of all residents, whether full-time or seasonal. While this group has no legal obligation to enforce the covenants, it is our purpose to facilitate peaceful relationships among all residents, and to become involved only when we can be of service.
